The staff are nice people, but my room has the central heating broken. It made my stay difficult especially that they couldn't change my room. I got a portable heater, noisy but okay-ish. Despite everything good, I can't recommend. Heating is critical like the bathroom. Everything was clean. The breakfast is good enough.
Faultless! Friendly reception, helped find parking for us [ via a car lift at back of hotel, pre reserve]. Rooms superb, so modern, great beds and amazing how quiet considering you're bang in centre off city. Great black out curtains. Modern decor. Superb bunk beds in family rooms. So perfect overall.
Ideal location in city centre just inside the pedestrian area, so parking options have to be explored before arrival. Breakfast was excellent. Room very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only gripe is the fact there was nowhere to put your luggage, everything had to be stored on the floor.
Great few days in Aachen and the local area visiting Maastrict which we love.
Always use B&B hotels as they are a great budget alternative, good quality accommodation and ideal when travelling as a family.

The parking garage of the hotel is a bit difficult, but if you park your car in a parking place you will get discount from the hotel.
